From Portsmouth:
At Portsmouth Traffic Circle, go West on Spaulding Tpk (Rte 4/16). Take exit 6W (before toll), to Rte 4 West. Travel about 9 miles to Rte 155A exit, marked "University of NH". At end of ramp, go right onto Rte 155A. Travel about 0.5 mile to flashing light. Go through the light and bear left onto Old Concord Tpk. AUSI is second house on the right.

From Rte 125:
At Lee Traffic Circle, take Rte 4 East. Travel about 1 mile to Rte 155 exit. At end of ramp, go left onto Rte 155. Go under the overpass to flashing light. Turn left and bear left onto Old Concord Tpk. AUSI is second house on the right.
